Emma-Kate Lidbury is a professional triathlete and journalist, so she knows what she is writing about. Just returning to the UK after a gruelling training week, Emma is singing the praises of the tough volcanic roads of Lanzarote.

Based in Costa Teguise, he had the perfect setting to take on everything.

Amazingly Birte found time to write his blog site and if you dip in, you will see it was quite a whirl as he took to the Atlantic to try high adreneline challenges like wind surfing. The waves, wind and great training facilities around Costa Teguise combined to ensure he had plenty of practical experience to go with his academic studies.
